Lake Blackshear Resort Golf Club Cordele, Cordele

Lake Blackshear Resort and Golf Club offers a beautiful setting by the lake, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless, which made my stay comfortable. Dining at the on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with delicious meals and large portions. However, I did hear from family members about some unfortunate experiences in the cottages where cleanliness and comfort were issues, which raised some concerns about consistency across accommodations.

I had an incredibly mixed experience at Lake Blackshear Resort. While the scenic location near the lake is a huge plus, my stay in the cabins was disappointing due to cleanliness issues and poor service regarding our boat reservation. However, I did enjoy the lodge accommodations and the dining options, where quality and selection really shone. Overall, I’d say there’s great potential here, but some areas need significant improvement.

I had a great time at this resort during my birthday celebration! The villas offered an amazing view of the lake, and I loved sitting on the screened porch. We even brought our boat for a fun time on the water. The on-site Cypress Grill had delicious food and live entertainment which made our stay even better. However, I did notice the place could use a bit of care in some areas, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

This resort offers a beautiful lakeside setting and plenty of activities, making it perfect for a family getaway. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, and there are lots of amenities to enjoy. However, I did find the dining options could use some improvement, especially regarding service. Overall, it’s a great value for the prices charged.
